He is always able to modify my workouts to avoid areas that give me twinges as I work out and can quickly come up with an alternative exercise if one machine is in use. In only one session a week for 4 months, I have gone from being able to leg press 50 pounds to now two 45 pound weights on each side of the bar. I am feeling stronger and more accomplished. I wish I were able to do 3 sessions a week, if budget permitted. He has been very flexible with appointments and able to accommodate as my schedule changes. I’ve done personal training in the past, but this was hands down the best. ICE really goes above and beyond for his clients. Helping me source meal preps on a weekly basis with delivery, I needed almond milk for protein shakes he had my back and ran to the grocery store for me. Always paid attention to what my body was doing and implemented recovery days when necessary. 10/10 Recommend you go with Internal Belief Fitness.

After playing softball for over 15 years, you tend to want to relax after putting in so much time and work into a sport. However you quickly see that your body and habits change in maybe not the best way.
